<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus which can suppress performance degradation by achieving energy saving during operation of a temperature rise suppression mode and making the apparatus in a printable state when recovering from the temperature rise suppression mode. <P>SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus includes temperature rise suppression means in which a printing operation is suspended when temperature detected by temperature detecting means for monitoring temperature inside the apparatus body rises over a threshold value which is an upper limit and the printing operation is resumed when the apparatus is cooled down. Energy saving means stops electric conduction of internal devices, which can be recovered to a printable state even when electric conduction is stopped when the printing operation is suspended by the temperature rise suppression means. Then the energy saving means resumes electric conduction of the internal devices at a timing when the internal devices, of which electric conduction is stopped until the printing operation is recovered by the temperature rise suppression means, can return to the printable state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
