<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device that forms a lenticular lens structure on a recording medium without increasing the size of the device to be installed in a small space and without the occurrence of deterioration in quality of a toner image, as well as an image forming apparatus using the fixing device. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 100 includes: a photoreceptor drum 3; a charger 5; an exposure unit 1; a developing device 2; an intermediate transfer belt unit 8; a fixing unit 12 that fixes a toner image on a recording material; a resin layer forming device 120 that forms a transparent resin layer on a pressure roller 12b using a transparent recording medium; and a control part 140. A plurality of grooves 12b1, which form a lenticular lens structure on the surface of the pressure roller 12b, are formed side by side; a fixing roller 12a and the pressure roller 12b are brought into pressure contact with each other across the recording medium so as to form a lenticular lens on the surface of the recording medium 82, and thereby fixing an unfixed toner image on the opposite side of the recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
