<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric test unit which mounts an electronic component very accurately on a contact performing an electric test, and an electric component inspection device provided with the same. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic component W having completed a preceding process of an electric test unit E is positioned on a vertical axis of a contact C constituting the electric test unit E and stopped there, and the electronic component W held by a suction nozzle V1 is positioned right above the contact C. The electric test unit E receiving the electronic component from conveying means for conveying the electronic component W to the contact C which performs the electric test for the electronic component W includes attitude recognition means 2 that is arranged in the vicinity of the contact C and recognizes attitudes of the contact C and the electronic component W.
