<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that has an output driver controllable in drive capability and slew rate and that allows microfabrication than before. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes: an output driver OD including a plurality of sub drivers for outputting digital data transferred from a core circuit; and a selector for selecting one sub driver. Each sub driver includes, for setting up or down output data according to the digital data, an output transistor TP30 connected between a first power supply PS1 and output wiring WOUT; and a switching transistor TN33 and a slew rate adjustment transistor TN34 connected in series between a gate of the output transistor TP30 and a second power supply VSS. Each slew rate adjustment transistor TN34 is selectively given by the selector a gate potential adjusted to determine a rise or fall slew rate of the output data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
