<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adequate incoming call notification according to the present position of a communication terminal and time. <P>SOLUTION: An incoming call controller having means for specifying the present position of a communication terminal based on information acquired from a relay in a network system manages the present position of the communication terminal for each user. When an incoming call request occurs, the incoming call controller selects a terminal to which incoming call notification is performed from sets of the present positions of a plurality of terminals held by the user and, using the selected terminal and time, performs the incoming call notification to the communication terminal by adequate incoming call notification means.
