<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device that prevents the occurrence of fixing failure, high-temperature offset, and low-temperature offset of toner images despite the variation of power supply voltage, with a simple configuration without including non-contact type temperature detection means for the surface of a fixing roller and without reducing the number of sheets processed of an image forming apparatus, as well as an image forming apparatus including the fixing device. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing device according to the present invention changes the lighting duty ratio of a main heater and a sub heater of a fixing roller based on the input power supply voltage value so as to prevent the occurrence of fixing failure, high-temperature offset, and low-temperature offset of toner images despite the variation of power supply voltage without reducing the number of sheets processed of an image forming apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
