<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device capable of reducing the frequency of target display due to a false tracking at the start of automatic tracking in simultaneously monitoring objects having great difference in speed, such as an aircraft and a ship. <P>SOLUTION: In a radar device, during a sliding window processing performed by a tracking operation part 17, it is determined whether there is a correlation of an object between scans at the present and preceding times. The number of determinations in which a correlation is recognized is counted in the course of scanning, and the number so obtained is included as a correlation/connection success frequency in an object report as tracking information for displaying the objects and sent to an operation display part 18. On the other hand, to a plurality of operation display parts 18a to 18c, threshold levels k<SB POS="POST">dsp</SB>most appropriate for objects monitored have been set corresponding to the correlation/connection success frequency; objects having a correlation/connection success frequency exceeding the threshold levels k<SB POS="POST">dsp</SB>are selected from the object report received, as object reports for display objects; and the symbols of the objects are displayed on the screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
