<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear which is easy to fit on and is excellent in fashionability. <P>SOLUTION: A first through-hole 13a and a second through-hole 13b are formed respectively across the toe side and the heel side of a body part 11 of a sandal 10, and a first string shape body 12a and a second string shape body 12b are respectively inserted therethrough. A foot is laid on the body part 11, the first string shape body 12a is tied on the instep of the foot, and the second strip shape body 12b is wound around the ankle side and tied.
