Disclosed is a relay apparatus. The relay apparatus includes: a first interface unit which is connected to at least one medical measurement device via a cable to receive the measured data from the medical measurement device which measures a measuring target; a conversion unit which generates a first format type data frame to be managed through the relay apparatus on the basis of the measured data, and generates transmission data by converting the first format type data frame into a second format type data frame for a measured data management server; and a second interface unit which transmits the transmission data to the measured data management server in a wired/wireless communication manner to enable the measured data management server to update the data for the measuring target, wherein the transmission data can include the report data composed on the basis of the measured data, property information for the report data, and signaling information.
