The arrangement (14) has a door leaf (16) attachable at a body of a motor vehicle by a connection structure (18). The door leaf is pivotally supported at an end section (24) of the connection structure with respect to a vehicle longitudinal axis (X), where the structure is pivotally supported at the body together with the door leaf. The structure has upper and lower carrier rails (20, 22) pivotally arranged in a region of a roof frame and in a region of a side skirt at the body, respectively. The door leaf is sealable against the body by a circumferential seal.
