The present invention relates to a method and a device for enclosed recycling of oil-water-sludge in an oil shale dry distillation system, so as to provide a method for enclosed recycling of oil-water-sludge in an oil shale dry distillation system, comprising: performing water washing and condensation on a gas from oil shale dry distillation at a gathering pipe section, a gas tower section, an air tower section, and a cooling tower section respectively to recycle shale oil section by section; adding a separator at a product outlet of each of process sections to purify and collect the shale oil, and meanwhile purify and recycle washing cooling water; adding a multistage deduster between the product outlet of the gathering pipe section and the separator and a multistage deduster between the product outlet of the gas tower section and the separator respectively, to remove oil sludge carried in an oil-water product; adding an oil sludge collecting tank and a filter machine at a sludge phase outlet of the deduster to condense and recycle the oil sludge; and adding cyclone separators before and after the gas tower to remove aerosol particles and water drops carried in the circulating gas respectively. According to the method, the technology is advanced, equipment investment costs are low, the occupied area is small, the failure rate is low, a highly pure shale oil product and a highly condensed oil sludge product can be efficiently obtained, and waste water generated in the purification and condensation processes can be recycled, thereby achieving full enclosure of the device system, greatly reducing the energy consumption, and improving the oil shale dry distillation process in the prior art.
