PURPOSE: Apparatus for flattening weeds is provided not to cut weeds by restraining the active growth of weeds, thereby increasing the content of organic material and microorganism in soil. CONSTITUTION: Apparatus for flattening weeds comprises a main body flame(20), and a body flame(30). The body flame is connected to a cylindrical fixed part, and combined with a flattening part for flattening weeds to opposite side. The flattening part combined with the front end of the main body flame, thereby lying weeds growing form ground, erected from the ground. The main body flame is formed to move the front edge part combined with the flattening part to up and down in state of connected to the fixed part. The flattening part flattens weeds during the movement to front side, pressing the weeds.
