<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge control device which can quickly raise the temperature of a capacitor according to the internal resistance of the capacitor, without incurring an excessive load upon the capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: A charge/discharge control device having a capacitor to supply power to a load and a power generator to supply to a load or the capacitor the power generated by operation of a power source works in such a way that, when the temperature of the capacitor is less than a prescribed value, the capacitor is controlled so as to execute charging/discharging based on a perturbation method. The charge/discharge control device comprises a chargeable/dischargeable amount derivation unit which, based on the charge state and temperature of the capacitor, derives a chargeable/dischargeable amount, or the amount of power which the capacitor can charge or discharge; a charge/discharge time derivation unit which, based on the internal resistance of the capacitor, derives a one-cycle charge/discharge time when charging/discharging is executed based on a perturbation method; a pattern determination unit which determines a perturbation pattern suitable for the chargeable/dischargeable amount and charge/discharge time; and a control unit which controls the power generator so that the capacitor will execute charging/discharging according to the perturbation pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
