<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope objective lens having a configuration with high assembly efficiency and favorably correcting an aberration. <P>SOLUTION: A microscope objective lens 1 includes: in order from an object side, a first lens group G1 comprising one lens component (L1) with a convex surface facing an image side and having a positive refractive power; a second lens group comprising a meniscus lens component (CL1) with a concave surface facing the object side and having a negative refractive power; and a third lens group G3 having a positive refractive power. Assuming that f1 represents a focal length of the first lens group G1, f2 represents a focal length of the second lens group G2, f3 represents a focal length of the third lens group G3, and F represents a focal length of the microscope objective lens 1, the microscope objective lens 1 satisfies the following expressions: 0.3<f1/F<0.7, -4<f2/F<-1.6, and 2<f3/F<5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
