<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing means which can be simply attached, which enables a door and the like to be easily opened/closed when necessary, and which can also be resealed with ease. <P>SOLUTION: A sealing means has the function of sealing a gap, which is made between a door and a door frame, with a door-side sheet 0101 and a door frame-side sheet 0102. A first magnetic surface 0104 of the door-side sheet and a second magnetic surface 0107 of the door frame-side sheet are brought into magnetically intimate contact with each other, thus sealing the gap.
