<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comber capable of improving assemblability of a nipper gage adjustment mechanism, and manufacturability of a nipper device including a nipper driving part. <P>SOLUTION: A comber comprises a nipper shaft driving unit 25. The nipper shaft driving unit 25 includes an output shaft 28 provided so that one end of the shaft 28 projects to the exterior of a gear box 26, and being reciprocally rotated on the same axis as a nipper shaft 22 in synchronization with a combing cylinder. A nipper gage adjustment mechanism 34 is provided between an end of the output shaft 28 on a side of the nipper shaft 22, the end projecting to the exterior of the gear box 26, and one end of the nipper shaft 22. The nipper gage adjustment mechanism 34 is configured so as to switch between a state in which the nipper shaft 22 and the output shaft 28 can be integrally rotated and a state in which the nipper shaft 22 can be relatively rotated with respect to the output shaft 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
