<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or eliminate delay and limping feeling of restart when a restart request occurs from an idle stop request to a complete stop of an internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: When there is the idle stop request, a compressor of an air conditioner is driven by the internal combustion engine, and fuel supply is intercepted when rotation resistance of the compressor becomes high. Accordingly, engine rotation is quickly reduced after the interception of the fuel supply to shorten a period when engine speed is rather high and cranking is difficult. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
