The present invention relates to a method for preparing a thin or thick film, and to a film prepared by same, the method comprising: a first step of obtaining non-spherical seed crystals, the respective crystal axes of which, i.e. an a-axis, b-axis and c-axis, are all oriented on a substrate according to certain rules; and a second step of forming and growing a film from the seed crystals using a secondary growth technique by exposing the seed crystals, the a-axis, b-axis, and c-axis of which are all crystal-oriented, to a seed-crystal growing solution. According to the present invention, it is possible to prepare crystals or films larger than the seed crystals. |
