[Problem] To reliably prevent the occurrence of acoustic problems within an acoustic space even in an instance in which sound waves in a high-frequency band are being generated within the space. [Solution] This acoustic structure comprises wall members (58, 59, 60-71) that form a plurality of voids (72), a plurality of openings (73) provided to the wall members so as to allow each of the voids (72) to communicate with the exterior space, and a sound-absorbing material (80) that fills at least one void (72-4) from amongst the plurality of voids (72). The sound-absorbing material (80) is exposed to the exterior space from an opening (73-4) that corresponds to the at least one void (72-4). The area of the opening (73-4) that corresponds to the at least one void (72-4) filled with the sound-absorbing material (80) is greater than the area of an opening (73-1) that corresponds to a void (72-1) not filled with the sound-absorbing material (80).
