PURPOSE: A cancer cell line which expresses male-specific W4P preS1 is provided to continuously express coat antigen proteins. CONSTITUTION: A W4P preS1 transformed cell line is prepared by transforming with a nucleotide sequence encoding W4P preS1 mutant protein and causes solid cancer in an animal. The transformed cell line is a mouse, rat, goat, sheep, cow, horse, pig, or human-derived animal cell line. The cell line is syngeneic cells to a cancer animal model. A method for preparing the transformed cell line comprises: a step of transforming animal cells with a recombinant vector containing the nucleotide and a promoter which is operatively linked to the nucleotide.
