PURPOSE: Phthalocyanine dye is provided to have excellent deodorizing performance together with excellent covalent bond between dye and cellulose fiber, to have excellent washing fastness, and to be able to dye even in low dyeing temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of phthalocyanine dye comprises: a step of reacting pyromellitic dianhydride or trimellitic anhydride 2-nitrotoluene, aluminum molybdate, urea and 4-nitrophthalamide; a step of hydrolyzing the outcome; a step of obtaining intermediate dye in chemical formula 4 by filtering and washing the outcome; a step of obtaining intermediate dye in chemical formula 5 by dispersing the dye in chemical formula 4 and water into mixture liquid of sodium sulfide nonahydrate; and a step of obtaining dye in chemical formula 1 by mixing triazine derivative, pyridine and DMF in room temperature, and washing and dyeing the outcome.
