PURPOSE: An electronic paper display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a dead zone which does not express a color between rotation balls. CONSTITUTION: Rotation balls(116,126) are arranged on a plane. The rotation balls express color to the outside. A secondary color expression body expresses a color through space between rotation balls. The secondary color expression body includes rotation balls. The rotation balls have the rotation balls of a small size.
