PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for recovering loss data on redundancy switching of communication middleware are provided to restore lost date. CONSTITUTION: A data synchronization unit(223) receives the information of an important message provided by a first middleware(21). A middleware state inspection unit(225) monitors the state of a first middleware. If the failure of the first middleware occurs, a synchronization information processor(226) extracts the information of an important message through the search of a synchronization information storage unit(224). A full text message processor(227) processes the non-processed full text message among the full text message corresponding to the information of the important message.
