PURPOSE: An energy managing device for metering the amount of energy of an electrical railroad vehicle is provided to manage data for consumed power according to a driving pattern of a driver, thereby managing a harmonic wave containing rate and a power consuming amount due to surges. CONSTITUTION: At least one power detectors(200,203) detects power by measuring the voltages and currents of power consuming devices installed in each vehicle. A power amount analyzer(210) detects the voltage and current of each vehicle power consuming device. The power amount analyzer detects the harmonic wave current of an AC power device in the vehicle. An A/D converter(220) converts an analog signal, which shows a harmonic wave current, into a digital signal. A computer(240) comprises EMS(Energy Management System) software for managing the power consuming amount of each electrical vehicle machine. |
