METHOD FOR PROMOTING CONTEXT DISTRIBUTION DURING COMMUNICATION SESSION, COMPUTER SYSTEM, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for promoting the context distribution during a communication session.

SOLUTION: This technique can be mounted on a computer infrastructure which has a computer executable code tangibly-embodied on a computer readable storage medium having a programming command. The programming command can be operated so as to provide at least one service to a user apparatus through a communication session, collect the information on the communication session, and transmit the information on the communication session to a service provider when a call is set up between the user apparatus and the service provider. The service provider provides the information on the communication session for display by the service provider.
