<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head in which a card insertion part is downsized and density of magnetic flux generated by a disturbing magnetic field generation means is increased at a position of a magnetic head for skimming when skimming is performed. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic head 12 includes the disturbing magnetic field generation means 18 which generates a disturbing magnetic field for disturbing reading of magnetic data to be recorded to a magnetic stripe. When the magnetic head 12 is placed near a card insertion port 6, a position of the magnetic head 12 can be varied in such a way as following a position of the magnetic head 31 for skimming that varies according to thickness of a card 2, a way of bending, or the like, so that a position where density of the magnetic flux generated by the disturbing magnetic field generation means 18 is high in such a way as following variation of the position of the magnetic head 31 for skimming when skimming is performed can be varied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
