PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wake-up system capable of properly waking a user up.

SOLUTION: A server device 1 comprises: a time determining part 103 for determining whether or not a time which a server-side time acquiring part 102 has acquired reaches a transmission time; and a time setting information transmitting part 104 for reading time setting information which sets a wake-up time stored in a time setting information storing part 101 and transmitting it to a wake-up device 2 when the time which the server-side time acquiring part 102 has acquired reaches the transmission time. The wake-up device 2 comprises: a wake-up time setting part 203 for setting a time which the time setting information receiving part 202 has received and the time setting information transmitted from the server device 1 shows to the wake-up time; a wake-up time determining part 205 for determining whether or not a time which a time acquiring part 201 has acquired reaches a time which the wake-up time setting part 203 has set; and an output part 206 for outputting wake-up information when a wake-up time determining part 205 determines that the time which the time acquiring part 201 has acquired reaches the wake-up time.
