<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous measurement due to reflection of a liquid surface. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent outer spherical body 11 having a hollow spherical shape and a transparent inner spherical body 12 having a hollow spherical shape, which is arranged inside the outer spherical body 11 in a nest shape, are provided, and multiple spherical bearings 13 are inserted between an inner wall of the outer spherical body 11 and an outer wall of the inner spherical body 12. In a lower part inside the inner spherical body 12, a weight 14 is fixed such that center of gravity of the inner spherical body 12 is located at a lower side of the inner spherical body 12. In a center part inside the inner spherical body 12 in a vertical direction, a circuit board 17 for realizing a light emitting function of a light emitting marker device 1 is fixed such that a center direction of emission light from an LED 151 becomes an upper direction. When a posture of the outer spherical body 11 is changed, the inner spherical body 12 rotates inside the outer spherical body 11 such that the center of gravity set by the weight 14 is located downward on the bearings 13 gathered at an inner lower part of the outer spherical body 11 due to gravity force, and the center direction of the emission light from the LED 151 is maintained to be the upper direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
