<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter integrated touch panel sensor in which a touch panel sensor unit can be prevented from being impaired by static electricity. <P>SOLUTION: On one side 11a of a substrate 11 of a color filter integrated touch panel sensor 20, a touch panel sensor unit 10 and an electricity removal pattern 23 having electroconductivity are provided. The electricity removal pattern 23 reaches an outer edge of the substrate 11 at least partially, and is not brought into contact with electrode patterns 13 and 15 of the touch panel sensor unit 10, a terminal unit 17 and conductive patterns 14 and 16. Furthermore, the electricity removal pattern 23 includes a tapered area 24 which is tapered inward, and a tip portion 24a of the tapered area 24 is covered with a protecting layer 22. Therefore, even when the protecting layer 22 is charged with static electricity, charges of the protecting layer 22 can be released to the electricity removal pattern 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
