<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device for a four-cycle engine achieving minimum oil consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The lubricating device includes a rocker chamber 4 accommodating a rocker arm 103 driving an intake and exhaust valve and formed in an oil circulation passage, the rocker chamber 4 includes a first opening 33a through which a fluid including liquid oil and oil mist flow in, a second opening through which the liquid oil separated from the fluid is discharged, and a third opening 48a through which the fluid is discharged, the liquid oil having been separated from the fluid, the first opening 33a and the second opening are formed on the lower face of the rocker chamber 4, the third opening 48a extends from the upper face of the rocker chamber 4 toward the lower face, a plate-like wall member 45 extending toward the lower face is formed on the upper face of the rocker chamber 4 between the first opening 33a and the third opening 48a, and a shaft 107 that becomes a rotation center of the rocker arm 103 is disposed at a position below the wall member 45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
