<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric shaver having improved shaving efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The electric shaver includes blades 8 mounted to a shaver body 1, a head case 3 removably mounted to the shaver body 1, and foil screens 2 mounted to the head case 3. The foil screen 2 is formed of a thin metal sheet 10 formed into an inverted U-shape, and a blade frame 11 for fixing the thin metal sheet 10 on the outside surface thereof. The thin metal sheet 10 is formed with a mesh pattern portion 16 in which a large number of small holes 18 are formed into a mesh shape, from a vicinity of a top part curved into an inverted U-shape to one free end side, and a slit pattern portion 17 in which a large number of slits 19 extending from the top part to the other free end side are formed from a vicinity of the top part to the other free end side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
