<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reception characteristic from declining due to a spurious signal while preventing modulation accuracy from declining in a radio communication device. <P>SOLUTION: A digital unit 2 performs demodulation processing of a reception signal frequency converted in an analog unit 1. A PLL circuit 25 generates a clock for the digital unit.
