<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a hollow core body using a single forming die. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus comprises a forming die 20 and a cooling device. The cooling device includes a wind cooling cylinder 42 and a water cooling device 46. The forming die 20 have a flange and a salient tip portion, and the salient portion is provided with a center hole for insertion of an inner conductor. The center hole is provided with an inner annular hole at the outer periphery thereof, and linear holes are provided outward from the outer periphery of the inner annular hole in a radial manner at equal angle intervals. An outer annular hole is provided at outer ends of the linear holes so as to connect each of the linear holes. The above mentioned die 20 is used in a manner in which an inner conductor is inserted into the center hole, while melting resin is extruded through the inner and outer annular holes and the linear holes in a generally vertical downward direction and cooled down with the cooling device to be solidified, so that a hollow core body can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
