<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal tone decorative sheet capable of preventing the occurrence of operation failures of a capacitance sensor and capable of increasing production efficiency during small amount production, and method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The metal tone decorative sheet 30 is structured by sequentially stacking a base resin film 31, a primer layer 32, a metal layer 33, a hot melt adhesive layer 35, and a transparent resin film 36. The metal layer 33 has a metal dispersed structure where a plurality of metals 33A are separately dispersed. Thus, the entire metal layer 33 is not one continuous conductor. Even if the outer surface of a vehicle door handle 10 is covered with the metal tone decorative sheet 30, the occurrence of the operation failures of a capacitance sensor 15 is prevented. Furthermore, since the hot melt adhesive is used, in the case of small amount production, a time for adhesion is shortened compared with the case of using a liquid adhesive, and production efficiency is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
