<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for safely performing processing on job data stored in a folder and easily showing a processing state of the job data. <P>SOLUTION: When an execution instruction file in which a processing execution command is described is thrown in a first folder, job data to be an object of the processing stored in the first folder is moved to a second folder which is different from the first folder. After the movement, a file in which a state of the processing in execution is described is stored in the first folder. The processing is performed on the job data to be an object of the processing moved to the second folder.
