<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box that prevents the occurrence of collapse when the packing boxes are piled up in multiple tiers, while prevents the packing box from getting hung up on another packing box or a worker when the packing boxes are not piled up in multiple tiers. <P>SOLUTION: The packing box includes a top face 50 and a bottom face 60 facing to the top face 50. The top face 50 has a body 51 and a first and second projection forming sections 21 and 41 attached to the body 51. The first and second projection forming sections 21 and 41 are provided in a projection state to project upward from a top of the body 51 and can be switched to a storage state to be stored in the body 51.
