<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data storage device capable of effectively performing write flush processing, even when read modify write operation is performed in a multichannel program system. <P>SOLUTION: The data storage device includes a write processing module, a read processing module, and a controller. The read processing module performs a normal read command, and performs a read command for RMW in a situation where read modify write operation is executed. The controller controls the read processing module to preferentially perform the read command for RMW compared to the normal read command, when a flush command is performed. The controller also introduces the write processing module to perform write flush processing that includes processing of a write command for RMW in read modify write operation to which the processing is shifted after the read command processing for RMW is completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
