PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communications system, a communications device, a control program of a repeating device, and a control method of the repeating device such that even the communication device which does not have a program utilizing an API provided by electronic data storage service can download and print electronic data from a service providing device of a service provider providing the electronic data storage service, and operation costs of the repeating device can be suppressed.

SOLUTION: A service cooperation system 10 includes a repeating device 200 as a stateless server which does not have information on a terminal connected to a multifunctional device 100. The service cooperation system 10 can download electronic data from a service providing device 300 for electronic data storage service that the service provider provides.
