PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connecting instrument for a solar cell panel, which automatically and easily connects a ribbon-shaped terminal of the solar cell panel to a terminal on a side of an inspection device in a short time when inspecting or measuring the solar cell panel; and a ribbon-shaped terminal connection method using the terminal connecting instrument; and an inspection device using the terminal connecting instrument.

SOLUTION: A connecting instrument for connecting a terminal on a side of an object to be measured to a terminal on a side of an inspection device for inspecting the object to be measured, includes: a support portion supported in contact with the object; a slanted portion extended from one side edge portion of the support portion so as to be slanted with respect to the support portion; a detection mark provided on the slanted portion; and an opening formed in the slanted portion, into which the ribbon-shaped terminal is inserted.
