<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of notifying information according to traveling direction. <P>SOLUTION: A receiving section 76 receives information on the traveling direction from a plurality of respective external devices. A selecting section 78 selects any of the received information. An estimating section 80 estimates the traveling direction based on the selected information. An acquiring section 72 receives a packet signal which is from an other wireless device and includes at least positional information on the other wireless device. An extracting section 74 extracts information that may affect traveling from the packet signal based on the positional information included in the received packet signal and the estimated traveling direction.
