<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and a wrist watch that can positively prevent dark purple color of a solar cell from being visible from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: A semi-transmissive reflection plate 6 comprising a vapor-deposited non-metal film 61 that has both light transparency and light reflectivity, is provided between a translucent watch dial plate 7 comprising a light refraction part 70 at the bottom face and a solar panel 5 provided below the watch dial plate 7.
