<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective cover which can cope with both of cutting work and grinding work using grinding tools such as a grinder, is a bisection type, and is made compact. <P>SOLUTION: The grinding tool has: a motor being a driving source; a body for housing the motor; a spindle projected from the body; a cutting tool which is fixed to the spindle and has a round shape; a first cover which is fixed to the body and covers at least a part of the cutting tool; a second cover which is fixed to the first cover and covers at least the other part of the cutting tool; and a discharge port which is fixed to the second cover and through which swarf produced by the cutting tool can be discharged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
