<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generator core which improves the amount of power generated by a generator. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of electromagnetic steel sheets 15 including non-division type electromagnetic steel sheets 17 and division type electromagnetic steel sheets 19 each arranged so as to form an air gap 21 crossing a magnetic path in one electromagnetic steel sheet 15 are laminated to form a plurality of divided cores 3.
