<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-wide-angle video recording and reproducing device which enables voice reproduction corresponding to change in expansion position of a wide screen in a general reproduction environment such as a stereoscopic environment. <P>SOLUTION: The super-wide-angle video recording and reproducing device comprises: plural omnidirectional microphones; an imaging device which is capable of recording and reproducing a super-wide-angle video; image processing means which changes the recorded super-wide-angle video to be planar; and signal composition means which composes signals in respective directions from the microphones.
