<p>Disclosed is an all-direction movable fork-lift truck, which comprises a chassis (509), with four driving box bodies (504) and four all-direction wheels (117) arranged on the chassis (509), a power battery pack (113) and a balance weight (502) mounted on the chassis (509), a driving compartment (505) installed on the chassis (509), and a portal frame (508) hung at the front of the chassis (509); and it further comprises an integration controller (112), electric motor controllers (114), a drive motor (115), a speed reducer (116), a CAN bus system, a sensor (118) and a signal input port, with the signal input port connected to the integration controller (112), the integration controller (112) connected to the power battery pack (113) via a cable (121), the power battery pack (113) connected to the four electric motor controllers (114), the electric motor controllers (114) connected to the drive motor (115), the drive motor (115) connected to the speed reducer (116), the speed reducer (116) connected to the all-direction wheels (117), and the integration controller (112) performing an integration control algorithm and being connected to the electric motor controllers (114) and the sensor (118) via the CAN bus. The integration of the all-direction wheels (117) and the fork-lift truck has the advantages of a broad loading range, wear resistance, shock resistance, high/low temperature resistance, anti-static properties, aging resistance, vibration absorbing, resistance to corrosion and low noise.</p> |
