The tool has a U-shaped oscillating frame (13) detachably joined to outer bearing blocks (16) of a hollow cutter handle (12) as a mechanical carrier. A magnetic oscillating anchor drive (8) present in the handle directly or indirectly shifts the frame into oscillating drive movement. The frame detachably holds a cutter blade or a wire cutter using a blade holder (19). Frequency of the cutter regulates sliding speed of a good i.e. food, to be cut using friction force. A contact and separation phase between the cutter blade and the good is caused in a separation zone at the wire cutter.
