PURPOSE: A food waste treatment system for apartment houses using a food waste crusher is provided to smoothly transfer crushed food waste to a food waste storage tank by inducing vortex while spraying water according as multiple nozzles are obliquely installed at positions where a transferring pipe is bent. CONSTITUTION: A food waste treatment system for apartment houses using a food waste crusher comprises a food waste crusher(100), a transferring pipe(200), a food waste storage tank(300), a water sprinkling pump(400), a centrifugal separator(500), a sludge storage tank(600), and a pelletizer(700). The food waste crusher is installed under a sink to crush food waste. The transferring pipe is connected to the food waste crusher to transfer crushed food waste with sewage. The food waste storage tank is located at the end of the transferring pipe to store the transferred food waste and sewage. The water sprinkling pump sucks sludge precipitated on the bottom of the food waste storage tank and discharges the sludge to the outside. The centrifugal separator dries the sludge transferred through the water sprinkling pump and separates the sludge and the sewage to discharge. The sludge storage tank stores the sludge discharged from the centrifugal separator. The pelletizer processes the sludge storing in the sludge storage tank to manufacture pellets to use fodder or compost. |
