PURPOSE: A prefabricated panel having a flame cutoff system is provided to minimize property damage in a fire by allowing firefighting water filled in a water path to form a water barrier. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated panel(1) having a flame cutoff system is composed as follows. A heat insulation material(11), which is to be inserted into the prefabricated panel, is formed, and a water supply pipe and a drainage passage are buried in the top and bottom ends of the heat insulation material. One or more water paths(16) are vertically formed on the heat insulation material, and perforated pipes(17) are installed inside the water paths. The perforated pipes are connected to the water supply pipe and the drainage passage through T-shaped pipes.
