PURPOSE: An inelastic resistance exercising device is provided to be supported by various supports, and to provide various kinds of lower body exercise in stable posture. CONSTITUTION: An inelastic resistance exercising device comprises a fixing member(410), an inelastic member(420), and a grip member(430). The fixing member comprises an attaching strap and a retaining unit. The attaching strap surrounds objects like crossbeam, pole, tree. The inelastic member comprises a pair of an inelastic extended strap and an attaching strap. One side of the grip member is combined to the opposite side of the extended strap, and comprises a hand grip forming a loop shape, a grip bar combined to the opposite side of the hand grip, and a foot grip(434) combined to the grip bar.
