PURPOSE: A ring manufacturing method using a bored round bloom is provided to implement ring forging or rolling within a short time and to obtain products with uniform cross-section. CONSTITUTION: A ring manufacturing method comprises the steps of: boring a hole in the axial direction of a round bloom, cutting and heating the round bloom, inserting and pressing the cut material between molds to forge a ring with a predetermined shape and dimension or locating a roller between the interior and exterior of the ring-shaped bloom to roll a ring, and thermally treating the ring.
